From Facebook - I contacted the email address and got an almost immediate response. After a couple of emails we had agreed on a bouquet. It arrived on the arranged day and the flowers were beautiful. I haven't been able to visit my mum in over a year so I really wanted her to know we were thinking of her. The bouquet was beautiful, I highly recommend this local business

E-mail - I just wanted to write and say how pleased we were with the beautiful tributes you did for dad. We loved them. The John Deere was so good and I loved how you incorporated dad onto it. The yellow spray on Roy’s tribute could not have been better as they were similar to the flowers that were decorated on their golden wedding cake. Just perfect. Thank you. The day could not have gone better.

My daughter loved her flowers,I would definitely use this way of sending flowers again as other online letterbox flowers were not good and didn't send flowers they should have well done direct flowers

What a fantastic service! The flowers I ordered looked even better "in the flesh" than on the website. I even received an email confirmation with a picture of the actual flowers sent (as confirmed by the recipient herself). Excellent!! I would 100% recommend Flowers by Chloe and will be using them on future occasions
